No, I
have not joined the circus .....I got into a "festival film".....my very first..... the BEST PART of the whole thing was that I got to work alongside my husband, JOHN
BYNER, who starred in this film, and as BILLY CRYSTAL'S SNL character used to say "Was marvelous, simply marvelous."

It seems that they were looking for this character MR.
BEAUREGARD for quite a longtime and offered this wonderful role to JOHN. I was so excited for him plus I was to read for the role of "Mr. Beauregard's
wife"....sigh! I visualized us in celluloid history as man and wife onscreen like LOMBARD and GABLE....LUCY and DESI....LUNT
and FONTAINE. Well guess what???? I WAS NOT THE RIGHT TYPE???!!!!????....the REAL wife was not right for the FAUX wife.
So perhaps
someone might read this and offer us a wonderful chance to work together on screen...so we will have something together for perpetuity....I guess if one has to make a choice it's definitely better to be
"the real wife" than "the faux one".....or as Steven Sondhiem would say SEND IN THE CLOWNS...which they did!!!
And Let's Not Forget the Bearded Lady

film is about a circus that closes and "the incredible, MR. BEAUREGARD" for the first time in his life goes from head ringmaster to the real world ....and finds
it not a pretty place....
I play
a nurse that morphs into a circus performer. It was great fun to watch this all come together and the director CAM WHITE made it all work in the heat of summer in ORLANDO
and I mean the heat of summer! I don't know how the bearded lady got thru it, not to mention working around all the unexpected rain that fell always on the exterior location shoot days.

The crew couldn't have
been sweeter from JOEY the head make-up man to MIKE our driver.. and the CROWNE PLAZA couldn't have been a better
choice to stay. So, if the movie turns out to be as good as the shoot went....well, "VIVA, THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH!"
